Listening: A Failing Grade for Grammar Nazis, Word Police and Pseudo-intellectual Bullies

May 6, 2013

A large part of being a good communicator is being a good listener. The purpose of communication is to seek to understand, and to be understood. If you understand what a person is conveying to you, even while they are speaking in a regional dialect, or some form of a sub-cultures' "pigeon" slang, and you penalize them by disregarding their message, then YOU are the one with a communication problem, NOT THEM. If you are so smart, then why can't you discern their intended message? There are MANY functionally illiterate individuals out there who showcase perfect linguistic mechanics and form, yet they are merely glib, psudo-intellectuals possessing no real originality, or substantive qualities. Conversely, some of the most intelligent people I have met have had atrocious language skills in t...

Communications: Success Potential and Communication Skills are Inextricably Linked

May 4, 2013

Your ability to communicate effectively and your success potential are inextricably linked. What is communication? Communicating is central to every aspect of life. Everything we humans do is a form of communication. Communicating is foundational. Obviously, communicating includes writing and speaking, but it less obviously includes self-talk, body language and even your energy. Your comportment, manners, vocabulary, diction and presentation all communicate your essential message. Communication also includes less obvious nonverbal and passive processing, such as bias, assumptions, expectations and misunderstanding. Even how you think is structured by the expansiveness of your inner-language capabilities. Good communications are central to leadership, conflict resolution, business success,...

Coconut Curry Cabbage and Forbidden Rice

Feb 28, 2013

This meal is absolutely delicious and takes very little time to prepare. If you must, you can substitute any veggie for whatever you have handy in your refrigerator. It does not get much better than this creamy, decadently rich meal that somehow does not leave you feeling full or "weighted down" after. The key is to not overcook your vegetables. Leave them crisp and vibrant. This exotic and easy dish will leave your friends and family craving more and thinking your are a genius in the kitchen. Directions First, boil a pot of water, add Black (Forbidden Rice) to water and cook for 30 minutes, and drain. Next, while rice is cooking, chop cabbage, onion and pea pods into cubes. Heat a non-stick pan and begin to saute veggies. In a separate bowl whisk Lite Coconut Milk, Thai Curry Paste,...

Leadership: Cultivating a Brilliant Creative Team

Feb 2, 2013

When cultivating a creative team, don't make the common mistake of only looking for technicians. And don't fool yourself into thinking you can just "hire" smart people and manage them with traditional leadership if you want to achieve something spectacular. Brilliance and super-creativity can only be cultivated and recognized by creative brilliance itself. You can't ask for or get what you don't understand yourself, and this is one of the key challenges of leadership. To even have a conversation about uncommon brilliance you must develop a new vocabulary of freedom, which is mostly foreign in corporate cultures. This communication involves a type of two-way trust between you and your "employees". There are many ways we contract with others. Repressive relationships create resentment, whil...

Have respect for the great and magnificent source that created you

Dec 11, 2012

The purpose of this message is not to provide you with a belief system. You were created and you do exist. Rest your mind for a moment in the peace of knowing you were created and you do exist. Do not quarrel or restlessly seek for more knowledge, until you have given proper honor to what you already know. You exist. No matter the source of our creation let us give honor to that source. Pause your opinions, debating and absolute knowing for long enough to conceive gratitude. Once you conceive the gratitude thought, then hold it safely in your mind and keep the gratitude thought alive. You are alive in the world just like that thought. Do not let the gratitude thought fade away. Give honor to your source by having an abiding respect and reverence for life. There is no room for reverence in...

Self-Talk: Conscious Creation through Intention and Word Power

Dec 10, 2012

So many people are obsessed with the illusion of knowledge and knowing. At one time I regarded myself as a deep thinker, but now I see myself only as a deep feeler. I’ve given up my belief in so-called knowledge. People are feeling creatures, and no matter how much knowledge they possess, they are all going through the same emotions, feelings, trials and tribulations, and we all share those same human emotions that define our experience in the only real world we will ever know, and that is our unique personal inner-world, and inner-life. Every word you speak is a prayer, or meditation of reinforcement which creates permanence. As inner-creatures with an inner-life, the messages we receive into our consciousness from outside sources, and even more importantly from ourselves, are of the ut...

To the Rescue: Wellness Questions and Answers 1

Dec 9, 2012

Question by Anna M: I am 38 year old woman and I was a super energetic person, happy and always smiling. I loved to dance for hours, to ride my motorbike, to go out with my friends... I suffer from endometriosis stage 5. These last 7 years my endometriosis got worse and worse, so much that I spend almost all my day in bed. My body lost muscles and shape. My hair and skin got weak and lifeless. All my body hurts, joints, knees, etc. It has been a domino effect. I have tried to get more active but after a while, I get a lesion or my endo gets worse and I can't exercise anymore. I read in your article that pain can be also improved? Is that true? My weight is 70kg and I am 1.68cm. I am just thinking that the rest of my life is going to be like this and honestly, is not very encouraging. Con...

Monocultures create mind-monopolies

Dec 9, 2012

There is a real war, but it is between authoritarian, fear-based, profit-seeking uniformity, and freely democratic, anarchic, organic diversity; a battle between unnatural deceit and natural truths. It is a battle between the digital, synthetically-glossy Billboard Top 40, and the imperfect, analogue truth of brilliantly-flawed local live music. But ultimately, this is really a war between the forces of life and death, and the sacred expression of self-determination and freedom of choice. Monocultural forces want you to forget your childhood dreams, grow up, look the same, act the same and be the same, and this is why monocultures are bigoted and intolerant of those who are different. Monoculture hates diversity of all types, especially diversity of opinion, and is therefore the enemy of f...

Assassin's Creed III, Ubisoft Montreal and the Culture of Violence

Dec 6, 2012

Game Warning: “Mature 17+, BLOOD, INTENSE VIOLENCE, SEXUAL THEMES, STRONG LANGUAGE.” Let me translate the manufacture's warning above for everyone. This game is a rape against the soul and cerebellum of the untainted and sensitive psyche of any human, who has not yet been desensitized. This game is toxic soul-poison. Yet many feed on it seemingly unaffected, because they are conditioned and well-adjusted to a diet of violence. In today's sad and degenerate, beastly gallery of horrors; the literal slaughterhouse of what we call the present world, there are those who play this game and truly see no problem with it. These people, though they do not know it--in the same way a fish does not know it is wet--are super-casualties of a war against the gently sensitive and truly beautiful soul, of...

Finding beauty in the common is the sign of a gifted mind

Nov 26, 2012

Achieving mindfulness during your daily activities will reveal great rewards, even in the most mundane of tasks. Mindfulness is that space where you are in touch with life-experience and you are brightly aware. Do not allow precious moments to pass-by full of unnoticed experiences. When you are unaware and lack mindfulness, you feel empty, because life's experiences are passing you by, leaving you hungry. Experiences are meant to fill you. When people do not partake of natural, common and essential experience through mindfulness, they often seek to fill their hungers artificially by chasing empty and destructive experiences. The world is full of alluring, flashy and thrilling experiences, which are illusionary traps--they are paths to nowhere. No external thing or person is ever coming to...

Habits: Escaping old patterns to become a better you!

Nov 7, 2012

At the very basic level all people are creators. We are all creating at every moment. Sometimes we are creating positive experiences and sometimes we unfortunately create negative experiences for ourselves and others. We all want something out of life and it is very natural that people want to create, re-create and develop themselves. It is natural and healthy to want to enhance your creative skills and abilities, so you can access your own version of joy and abundance. The problem for many people is that they get stuck in old, negative patterns. Now, I talk a lot about what I call the beautiful path, in which I encourage people to adopt a lifestyle of positive life patterns. The problem that some people run into, is that they are not able to easily escape their old negative patterns, bec...

Creating in the Space and Power of Love

Nov 6, 2012

The most powerful manifesting is realized by those who walk in love and create through love. There is no getting around this immutable truth; love creates and hate destroys. Love is the calm space of creation. People come from making love. Businesses are often built on the foundations of love and passion. Love softens the hardest edges of life's tumult. Love only serves and does not calculate. Love gives without expectation, while hate carries an endless tally of debts. Hate controls everything it touches, but love sets everything it touches free. Love is not about others; love is a practice of self-mastery. The practice of love is the procreation of hope. Love is a lifelong practice. The master creators are masters of love. They inject, infuse and imbue everything they touch with the pe...

33 Tenets of love intention to create an opulent life

Nov 5, 2012

Any person can access the creator power within, and use it for transformation and betterment of self--and the world. When you speak and affirm, you are creating a verbal contract with yourself. Real success always contains an unseen essential of deep spirituality. Among these unseen essentials is integrity. Success without integrity is always fleeting, or monstrous. Then there is love. Love is the master principle. Love is the compass which keeps every other value from becoming lost. In 2004, I wrote this small oath of my intentions to serve as my guiding principles. These principles are tempered with love to serve your highest calling and purpose. These intentions helped me transform my life, and I believe they will help you too. Print them out and post them where you can see them, and re...

How I Overcame Self-Hatred and Lost Over 100 lbs

Nov 4, 2012

Stress Reduction, Breathing, Water, Sunshine, Walking, Fruits, Vegetables, Yoga, Meditation, Love, Community, Laughter, Dreams, Perseverance, Purpose, Humility, Action I was born in the deep south, in Mobile, Alabama, also known as the Azalea City because of the vibrant landscapes colored by these beautiful flowers. I had been adopted away from an abusive family situation, and had almost died twice as a toddler. I grew up on a small, dirt road in the country, and my family had few resources, so college was seemingly not an option. I had no connections, no education, few positive role models, and making matters worse, my self-esteem had been crushed through years of secreted childhood bullying and abuses, which would take me decades to overcome. What I remember the most about my childhood...

Responsibility: Stop blaming and start being!

Nov 3, 2012

Stop blaming and start being! We attract what we are. We attract who we are. If you don't like something in your life, look only at who you are. Who you are is why you choose the friends and situations in your life. Who you are is why you choose poorly, or fail to choose wisely. Stop being a victim! If you do not like a certain behavior in others, look within yourself to find the roots of what discomforts you. The conflicts we have with the outside world are often conflicts we have within ourselves. When you blame others you are effectively proclaiming that you are only response to stimuli. But you are more than response to stimuli. When you blame others, you are affirming that you have no power, and your existence is only a reaction to the power of others. But, you are powerful, if you c...

Psychology: Weathering the dark clouds of worry and doubt

Oct 27, 2012

Worrying is simply another form of meditation and manifestation. Worry is a sickness; an illness and affliction. Worrying is a misappropriation of a powerful mind, that should otherwise be spent focused on positive and beautiful acts of creation. While the feeling of worry can be a useful messenger to be listened to, excessive worry is a destructive bad habit. In all pursuits of self-betterment habituation is one of the most important concepts that needs to be understood. Many people who have a worried mind, only worry because they have habituated themselves and their minds to be instruments of worry. The human mind is like a blank computer, into which any software can be written and run. Over time, the human mind’s self-written programs will run automatically, and without thought or choic...

Have you been nurtured by caring hands?

Oct 26, 2012

Life has a way of shining on people who stand in the sunshine of kind actions. But you can’t fake it. It has to come from the heart, with a true spirit of giving and selflessness. A talent is no talent, unless it is used for the benefit of other people. Even if you consider your talents a blessing, they may work against you if you do not properly use your precious gifts for the benefit of others. For a moment in this brief existence, we have the privilege to share time with other people, and serve them and their needs. The greatest joys in life are found not only in what we do and feel, but also in our quiet hopes and labors for others. The trees which are pruned, watered and nurtured by caring hands bear the greatest fruits; it is the same with people. It is critical to know that service...

Giving is the master key to success, in all applications of human life

Oct 25, 2012

We have the power to set our intentions on the betterment of our world. The very “least” among us has the enormous power to effect change through small acts of determination and will. We can each immediately liberate ourselves as victims in the world, through solidifying an intent to act; intent to forgive; intent to love; intent to be caring, polite and empathetic. Then, with that clear intention set into motion through the simplest first actions, we will begin to liberate ourselves from victimization, thereby creating an entirely new perspective and future. It all starts with how you look at the world, and forgiveness and love are integral to the process of healing. There is no love without forgiveness, and there is no forgiveness without love. The conflicts we have with the outside worl...

Possibility: question everything -- an interview with lifebyme.com

Oct 24, 2012

Throughout my life, I’ve questioned everything. I don't believe any of it (the ugliness and negativity) and I don’t accept any of it, but I’m not angry or rebellious. I’m a joy-filled soul, and I joyfully reject it all. For me, questioning is about throwing off lies and illusions and seeking out the essential truth of what it means to be a human being. It’s about living as a happy human being in truth. Essential truth represents what things were before they were corrupted by modern life (and its ignorance). Finding essential truth involves uncovering the foundation of possibility that has been buried beneath thousands of years of lies and misconceptions. Most of us are sleepwalking and don’t know it. We work in meaningless jobs at corporations which feed off of our energy. Then we’re bo...

Violence waged against the women and children of the world must end

Oct 8, 2012

Women carry the heavy burden of caring for the literal and figurative future of humanity in every way: materially, maternally, and spiritually. The passive and overt violence waged against the women and children of the world must end. The world will change when women reclaim their power as the sane, nurturing hands of love, which are ever reaching to cultivate a world of beauty, safety and harmony. Through honoring, appreciating and nurturing women, we set in motion a seismic shift which will lead to a new and healthy relationship cycle. Eliminating violence and fear opens the portal to empowerment and communications. This respectful flow of information enables constructive, healthy, compassionate, and wisdom-based nurturing of male and female children. It is women who bring forth the fut...

We do not have to be victimized by the ugliness in the world any longer

Oct 7, 2012

Through our intentions, a place no power can influence, we have the power to oppose. The terrible atrocities in the world require more from each of us than a regret-filled acknowledgment they exist; they require our most earnest intentions be focused on their immediate eradication. To do this we must first have conscious awareness that it must change. Once our clear intention is set, and we no longer “accept,” we will in time begin to see the change the collective will creates. The one and only true freedom we ALL possess is what we think; and our intentions govern what we think. We all feel that we cannot change the world alone, but as free thinking people we can express our intentions to not live in a world where some humans have, in fact, been reduced to nothing more than mere vessels...

Discovery requires courage and acceptance that we are not in control

Oct 6, 2012

We must never forget that the world, as it is, is not a permanent reality, but is a temporary product of our choices as creators. We are sitting on top of a vast cultural and historical pyramid of accumulated misconceptions, lies and myths, built one on top of the other. Every symbol, word, concept, discipline and field is only a temporary rest stop on the highway of discovery. The highway of human possibility extends on forever into unknown territories, which have not yet been imagined. There are possibilities that exist beyond our present “knowing,” and to see those possibilities, we must abandon that which makes us feel safe. Discovery requires courage and acceptance that we are not in control, and that the future is uncertain. The world is starving for original and decisive leadership....

All revolution begins with self

Oct 5, 2012

Connecting with essential truth and knowing oneself is the only way. Surrender is the path to freedom through our unique authenticity, where we experience the flow of life not through the narrow lens of the mind, but through the vast refuge of the heart. As Joseph Campbell said, “follow your bliss.” This concept speaks to the ultimate path as humility and surrender. Nothing else is needed. Freedom is the realization that it is sufficient to simply be a human being. The answer is balance. The answer is intelligent compassion. The answer is love. It is the self-revolution of greater individual consciousness that is the absolute path to humanity’s next great step forward. All revolution begins with self. How can you create something pure, when you are yourself an unnatural creation? True crea...

We live in a culture of violence

Oct 4, 2012

We live in a culture of violence. We have been trained by a culture of violence and we are all agents of passive violence. This is because all of our relationships are based on self-interest, discrimination and a perverse need for gain. The need for gain, and advantage over others, is one of the chief driving forces behind all human misery. We are always being forced to achieve some gain from others in order to meet our basic needs, or to vampirically feed our lifestyle excesses and greed. [...] Violence is that which causes harm or forces unnatural change upon its victims. We are all artificial and have been unnaturally changed by violence and unwholesome conditioning. We all know there is something wrong with our culture, the state of our world, and with ourselves. Humanity has been ins...

Love heals violence and all its sources

Oct 4, 2012

We must all strive to self-reflect and to reject violence in all forms, from the subtle to the overt. We must all seek to unravel the deeply-rooted conditioning which has perverted us, and attempt to heal ourselves and set our inner-truth free. Love heals violence and all its sources. Love only serves and does not calculate. Love gives without expectation, while hate carries an endless tally of debts. Hate controls everything it touches, but love sets everything it touches free. To end violence we must only look within ourselves, understand ourselves and evolve ourselves. Innocence still lives within our hearts and the child within each of us knows right from wrong. All violence demands reform, and all violence desperately begs to be healed.

The expansion of your own consciousness

Sep 14, 2012

Humanity is full of beautiful people; unique and precious, each of us are fine, worthy and wondrous beings. Every person has something meaningful to say in the conversation of life. Let people speak. Let people disagree. Communicate. Listen. Have high-respect, if not for your opponent, then for your own comportment and conduct as a good listener. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that you have to agree with people and their beliefs to defend them from injustice. As free as you allow others to be, such freedom you create for yourself. We each have a miraculous capacity within our mind to evolve and to learn new ways of understanding. The great procession of life’s challenges and conflicts ever advance, and every difficult moment is a new opportunity for each of us to showcase the evolved s...

Fear is the greatest enemy; the father of all suffering

Sep 13, 2012

Cowering in the dark corner of a filthy street, wearing urine soaked shredded pants, his bare feet black from the stink of the sidewalk. Sophisticated people walking by would yell, "Hey look it's Jesus Christ." Others would harpoon, "Freak!" As far as the eye can see, we observe divisiveness, separation and isolation. Fear is the greatest enemy; the father of all suffering, and love is the only cure for humanity’s great afflictions. Anyone who looks deeply and honestly at the world today is surely confronted with the grisly realities of human life on earth; realities from which most people try to remain unattached. The pain of humanity’s most maltreated victims echoes deep within each of us, in the form of our shame or ignorance. Those who suffer are always there, pleading for help, and...

What every person or group wishes to say is important

Sep 12, 2012

What every person or group wishes to say is important, even when we do not fully understand their message, and even when they do not fully understand their own message. This is because what we are really engaging in is a sharing of ideas, feelings and emotions. We are all thinking and feeling entities and we all have these wonderful and sometimes painful emotions within us, ever reminding us that we feel, that we are alive, that we are involved, and that we are inseparable from the great experience of living. We share profound interconnectedness with our natural and artificial environments, our communities, our created-nations, our institutions and with every person alive and to be born. Yes, we are all one in this great experience of life. What we do to others, we do to ourselves, and so...

As free as you allow others to be, such freedom you create for yourself

Sep 11, 2012

Never stand by and allow a hand of intimidation to be placed upon the sacred and free body of an unwilling participant, nor allow a monster to reach into the mind or heart, and silence a free soul, with fear and threat of liberty lost. The most cunning enemy comes at your energy, image or name, but the base and ignorant brute, the foul pig of a despot launches his whole selfish being—mind and body upon you, to suffocate your freedom. No law should allow or promote the silencing of opinions, or the directing or disbanding of peaceable assembly. Strangled in the clutch of brute intimidation, we are all made victims; first by the foul deed, and second by those good souls who do nothing to oppose it. Any law, or law body enabling such injustice, must be reformed, and must be relentlessly igno...

The simple things in life are the greatest gifts

Sep 10, 2012

The personal revolution is the realization that the village and nature have had the answers all along. Therefore, turn to your community and the great earth for sustenance and knowledge. Become fallible and human again by living dangerously and stepping off of the assembly lines of unnatural life before it is too late. The simple things in life are the greatest gifts. They are all there waiting for us to realize their value and partake in their blessings. We do not need to change anything, except ourselves. Nature is the supreme cradle of life, and must be protected and treated with the highest respect and care. We must have clean air and water, and beautiful natural foods for everyone, everywhere. We must cultivate beautiful spaces, where communities and families are free to come together...

Sharing IS Caring: the vast and beautiful world we share

Sep 9, 2012

Within each person is the miracle of a unique consciousness unlike any other in the universe. Within you, you will find everything you need to be complete. Within you is the power of unlimited creation. Within each of us is the enormous creator potential. We must seek together to address the good aspirations of people everywhere, for we are bound together through great commonality. There is a deep interconnectedness of all life on earth, from the tiniest organisms, to the largest ecosystems, and absolutely between each person, no matter their cultures or traditions. Because of our interconnectedness we all know that extreme poverty and exclusionary practices are violations against the basic dignity of people. The vast and beautiful world is the home we share together. Nature is our salvat...

Dare to see yourself for what you really are!

Sep 5, 2012

Dare to see yourself for what you really are! Do not be limited by the judgements of others. Do not believe the lie of limitations. Inside of YOU is every possibility ever known. Close your eyes and visualize your divine beauty. Release all toxic energy and take in the energy of love. Draw a picture in your mind where you are complete. See your higher-self ascending to a place of peace. Walk with the great masters in a circle of protection. Let go of the old ways of fear and control. Surrender to love, beauty, and peace. There is great power in visualization; to define yourself. Visualize yourself sitting with the great teachers. Reach into your imagination and see what makes you happy. From your visions take your unique gift from creation. In your new world, choose to believe in the grea...

We all suffer through injustice, abuse, illness, pain and misfortune

Aug 30, 2012

He would not give us his name. He told us he left home to not be a burden on his family because he had no health insurance. He said he would just live on the street until he died, and that way his children would remember him the way he was when he left them. Before we walked away, he said, "You know why I don't care? I am dying of cancer, and I am not afraid. I lost everything, but you can't take it with you right? Who would want to anyway? It would just weigh you down." The systems of governance and community we create must hold many elements of life in constant consideration, the highest of which is freedom of the individual to live the life they choose in safety. Of course these considerations go beyond more than mere individualism, because the individual cannot exist outside of the ma...

Believe in young people, for they really are the future

Aug 26, 2012

In your book you wrote, "The young will teach the old the new ways, and old will adapt or perish.", and you asked, "Are you still open to learning the ways of the young?" This is Awful!! NO!! Respect our elders, please!! They have the WISDOM! What do you mean? The graveyards are full of antiquated thinking. The young people are the forward edge of life's reach for understanding. As it has been said, through the mouths of babes, and from the little children we can learn much, yet many repeat this as mere lip service, because that type of learning requires true humility. Life moves forward, not backwards. Once you are set in your ways and closed off, you are finished until you become open again. "Elders" often suggest young people should "respect" them, but what they really mean is submit t...

Introduction to Voice of Reason by Susaye Greene

Aug 17, 2012

“For a world consumed by a Culture of Violence, a Voice of Reason comes as a breath of fresh, positive air. The only hope of transforming the world from the tsunami of violence is for each of us to Become the Change We Wish To See in the World. Bryant McGill shows us the way.” — Dr. Arun M. Gandhi, Grandson of Mahatma Gandhi I cannot remember a time when I was not in show business. As a youngster, I did commercials in New York City, I experienced the rarefied air of Professional Children’s School, where professional showbiz kids, ballet dancers, singers, actors and musicians could work during the day, and still get their college-preparatory education. Later, the High School of Performing Arts, (which the movie and TV show “Fame” were fashioned after) where I majored in drama, after atte...

One strange day when you look back

Aug 5, 2012

I cannot know your hidden soul nor your slice of future time I see you, but for a moment, as you change before me Could I but reach that second, where you once were To know your unique truth, but alas you are gone. And so I chase after you and grasp at empty air Where you once stood I catch the shadow of your last step I will never catch you darling but will catch only a glimpse -- from time to time -- I am the past looking at you, and your eyes are to the future. When you look back, I see you, but you are a mystery to me I am a mystery to you too, a father, but a man you will hardly know Until one strange day when you look back, and see me-- as I see you now.

Cauliflower Mushroom Soup

Jul 11, 2012

Here is another all original recipe for your enjoyment! This is a great soup to add to your weekly food menu if you are looking to cut calories and fat but not taste. If you are hungry this soup can be made from scratch in under 20 minutes and is deliciously filing. It is actually CREAMY and delicious, but with no cream! Take the time to add those little extras, like wild flowers, art and a beautiful setting. It really makes a difference! My youngest daughter drew the art for me, and I ate this wonderful dish while enjoying the mountain view and listening to the sounds of my children playing. The sounds of children and laughter, nature and a summer breeze create a wonderful environment in which to relax and reduce stress, which is important for a healing body. For a drink, I had a lemon...

Shout, Weep and Sing

Jun 21, 2012

Let us shout, weep and sing, for every dark and bright thing. Let us joy in the breath, for the minutes we have left. Such is life for the muse within, the dearth of art the cardinal sin. And so I scribble, wail and boom, my art my mark upon my tomb.

Every moment you are open, as a humble student, you are surrounded with infinite possibilities of choice. As a powerful creator, your potential success only awaits the genesis of thought. But sometimes we all need a little guidance, and it is my deepest pleasure to share here with you, some of the tools, constructs, and ideas that have opened my world and heart to so many profound successes. Many people think they want to accomplish what other successful people have in life. They see the worldly achievements, but seldom consider that many such achievements are constructs of the false world. They believe they want those things, and when...

Meeting another human is always a sacred event

Jun 1, 2012

The power of “getting to know one another” is so immense, eclipsed only by first getting to know ourselves. Meeting another human is always a sacred event. ... Lust for possession and greed has ravaged the soul of humanity like a great cancer, metastasizing throughout society in the form of a nouveau post-human, consumer hedonism. The dark war consciousness and pride have seized upon the weak, with great cynicisms and glib, soulless intellects, that grind away like robotic gears at what they despise and can never understand. Kindness is seen as weakness and intelligence worshiped, even when that intelligence allows unfathomable injustice and suffering to occur under its smart watch. There is no greater intelligence than kindness and empathy. Kindness is the supreme intelligence. Let your b...

Giving yourself is the ultimate revolution!

May 30, 2012

All success comes through other people. It can seem counterintuitive when you learn that you get most things in life not by taking, but by giving. Giving is the key to all success in all applications of human life. The act of true giving is indistinguishable from receiving. Giving yourself is the ultimate revolution! Giving is not a physical action; giving is a philosophy, and a way of living life. There are endless opportunities to give the smallest things that cost us nothing, but have great value to other people. Money and time are not the only things we can give. We can give others appreciation, patience, compassion, courtesy, kindness, dependability, friendship, forgiveness, gratitude, honesty, loyalty, respect, tolerance and, of course, love. For a moment in this brief existence, w...

Environmentalism, green-marketing gimmicks and global warming

May 28, 2012

We need to be respectful and careful with nature and the environment. Environmentalism goes beyond corporate green-marketing gimmicks, beyond debates over global warming and beyond the irrefutable molecular pollution of the biosphere. Environmentalism is about life itself, because the environment is the space where all life happens. From the microcosm to the macrocosm, there is a total symbiosis between the environment and all its diverse inhabitants representing an inseparable physical interdependence. From the fungi and billions of microorganisms in a handful of living soil, to intestinal microflora forming the endosymbiotic relationships enabling human digestion, immunity systems, and vitamin synthesis— no part of human life is possible without the total environment. One could say that...

Materialism is an Identity Crisis

May 22, 2012

When people are treated like a product, they become obsessed with materialism. Modern capitalist consumer-life commoditizes people and “educates” them to become human products. A culture that raises and grooms people to be human resource products in a marketplace cultivates non-individuals who experience life through materialism. When people are treated as creators versus products, materialism diminishes. This is because the way people see themselves changes. We see the world as we are, and also as we are treated and seen by others, and by our environmental situation. With rare exceptions, the people who work in corporations, like those working on assembly-lines, are not producers—they are products. This is a distinction that is often overlooked. Human products see the world as a grand car...

The battle between the cunning human mind and the quiet, intuitive inner-self...

Apr 28, 2012

The intuitive spirit-nature we all possess is a beautiful gift, but too often that gift is suppressed. In many ways people have been de-natured and have lost a magnificent gift. The most accomplished people do not rely solely on knowing all the different technical aspects of their pursuit. While technical knowledge is useful, it is only a small part of a true master’s brilliance. The master of any craft is first a master of self; cooperating with innate intelligence within. They detach themselves from the rote instructions and trust in instincts to emerge naturally to carry them forward to excellence. That is why you cannot create a champion athlete. All you can do is free the person up to access their own innate potential. Knowledge works the same way. We already have everything that we...

Cannibals, concrete jungle savages and the euro war-dress suit

Apr 27, 2012

The homeless, street gangs, “thugs” and other mostly powerless people with legitimate anger concerning poverty and class, are commonly media and police targeted, and portrayed as dangerous, menacing undesirables. Young revolutionaries, students, activists and protesters are similarly portrayed as misanthropic juveniles and lazy ne’er-do-wells vandalizing public spaces. But too little attention is given to truly dangerous and powerful political and corporate thugs who loot, vandalize and burn communities to the ground every day, with the mighty stroke of a pen. The boardroom is the ultimate war-room, where history’s most destructive acts of violence and aggression against human dignity, safety and justice have been strategically orchestrated. Acts of economic war and violence in the deepes...

Marketing: Birds, Flowers and Branding for the Ascended Business Master

Apr 24, 2012

Much of what I do is try to help people reestablish awareness of their true identity. If you are reading this then you are likely trying to understand how to better market and sell yourself, or a product. But marketing is much more than a learned action or skill; it is an intrinsic part of the natural order of life. To be masterful at sales or marketing you need to know your identity and be a zen-master of self. While the crude and immature tools of manipulation, arrogance, swagger and a polished glib tongue may get you noticed in the small pond, the skills needed to thrive in the higher-realms are more spiritual, personal and mature. Marketing is a part of life and the grand natural order. Marketing is not about stuff, money or capitalism; it is about intrinsic, life-force resource curr...

Every person is a precious gift, and we are all like little children

Apr 20, 2012

True progress for humanity is anything that takes us closer to supporting one another. Small acts of kindness between you and the individuals around you are the germination that springs into being, something as mysterious as life itself, and what may in fact be humanities greatest accomplishment — compassion for others. Let us all strive to cultivate a deeper and more meaningful desire to ease the burdens of others. Every person is a precious gift, and we are all like little children who yearn for acceptance, safety, and unconditional love. Homo sapiens-consumere: a new species designed to buy

Apr 5, 2012

By bombarding each person with hundreds-of-thousands of commercial messages per year, the technocratic, consumer research scientists have created a new fork in the road of human evolution. Through generations of cradle-to-grave consumer conditioning, and lifelong intra-cerebral media-drips, the emergence of a new proto-human has arrived, the Homo sapiens-consumere. This is a highly specialized species of docile, obedient consumers. They are a material goods and brands, hunter-gather society of hominids standing upright to shop. Science which promised so much for the future of humanity, has been abducted by international corporations to transform human beings into subservient entities of never-ending fruitless consumerism and mindless entertainment. At the dawn of a new millennium and...

Dare to love every person, including yourself

Mar 21, 2012

Dare to love every person, including yourself. Become the energy of love. Begin the lifelong practice of love: Quit saying you hate people. Never do this again. Tell yourself constantly, “I love myself and I love others.” Tell the people important to you that you love them. (As hard as it is to believe, many people have never reached this stage.) Whisper quietly to yourself “I love you and wish you happiness in life” to each stranger you encounter, speak to or walk by, who is easy to like, or beautiful in countenance. Whisper quietly to yourself, “I love you deeply and wish you healing and contentment in life” to each stranger you encounter, speak to or walk by, who is rude, or hateful in countenance. Find partners in this philosophy that agree to exchanging mutual feelings of love...

Use fresh herbs and discover the beauty of natural flavors!

Feb 17, 2012

I love adding tons of fresh herbs to all of my dishes. For some reason too many of us are taught to use dry herbs. Through traveling and education I have learned that much of what people eat is devoid of any real flavor. I promise you that there is flavor beyond salt, oils, butters and overpowering spices. Fresh herbs offer an astounding sensual experience to the palette and taste buds that could never be reproduced in a bottle of dried spices. I encourage you all to experiment with fresh herbs. You can even grow your own. Quit eating crap out of a box and start living more fully through live and beautiful foods. I have heard some say they cannot afford quality foods and live herbs. It is all about your thinking not just the price-- the real barrier for many is the mindset of a victim. Ch...

Spiritual Constructs for Creating

Feb 16, 2012

Success is a spiritual process. You have to master the abstract and not just clinical business. The invitation only world is a manifestation of self-realization. You cannot be there, unless you are there already. Many understand the spiritual principles, but do not know how to apply them. It is difficult to apply the spiritual technology, which is why so few are able to get to the other side. You have to learn to evaluate metaphors as representations of unknown realities. You need to be open enough to entertain esoteric or taboo terms as temporary placeholders for unknown concepts. Temporary suspension of disbelief and childlike thinking creates a bridge over the canyon of impossible. You have to be insane, (out of mind) but you cannot stay in the space of insane forever. You have to live...
