Steven is deeply rooted in the local yoga community in the suburbs of Philadelohia. He recently retired and spends much of his time chanting Sanskrit mantras in yoga classes or kirta. (a call and response style). An event called Chant Chai and Charity evolved from his charitable endeavors and love of kirtan. The concept of CC&C is to bring the power of mantra and the joy of community together for a charitable purpose. It can take place in a ypga center, an auditorium, or your own living room. He has supported dozens of various charities and causes over the past 5 years with CC&C.

Steven’s CD, Meet Me At Your Heart, is a sampling of mantras sung to his music. He expresses his reasons for chanting in the title song. His plans are to continue on this path of music and community activity. For additional information on CC&C or Meet Mw At Your Heart visit: www.stevengchants.com
