Question by Anna M: I am 38 year old woman and I was a super energetic person, happy and always smiling. I loved to dance for hours, to ride my motorbike, to go out with my friends... I suffer from endometriosis stage 5. These last 7 years my endometriosis got worse and worse, so much that I spend almost all my day in bed. My body lost muscles and shape. My hair and skin got weak and lifeless. All my body hurts, joints, knees, etc. It has been a domino effect. I have tried to get more active but after a while, I get a lesion or my endo gets worse and I can't exercise anymore. I read in your article that pain can be also improved? Is that true? My weight is 70kg and I am 1.68cm. I am just thinking that the rest of my life is going to be like this and honestly, is not very encouraging. Congrats for your success.

Answer: A more careful person than me may tell you that there are no guarantees and every person is different; that would be "playing it safe" and true to reason. But also true, is that any condition, which makes you feel miserable, is "improved" when any part of your energy and vital strength is increased--making you feel less miserable. So yes, you can be improved, but to what extent is a complicated matter. I understand the domino effect, and something to consider is that the domino effect works regarding achieving health as well. The systemic implications of even taking one vitamin, for example, relating to Scurvy, can be incalculably far reaching. Each little "bit" helps. To get the "dominoes" falling for your benefit, do every little thing you can, and see what chain of well-being those actions set-off. Some things will work and others will not. Only you can be the judge of what makes you feel better. You need to research, read, learn and take action with experimentation, determination and patience. I wish you the very best in your search for health. Your friend in hope, Bryant.

Question by Fiona W: Thank you so much for sharing. I'm at my desk at work desperately trying not to cry. I hate this vessel so much it hurts sometimes; I need to find my way back to peace once more. Thank you a million times over for your journey. I guess it all starts with a single step; you are living proof of that! xo

Answer: Fiona, the power of your emotion, that you feel, is a wonderful thing--that is the feeling of your love for yourself! That emotion you feel is the part still holding on to your dream, and it is saying, "I WILL NOT GIVE UP!" Don't hate it--instead focus on accepting and receiving the change. If you have tears, then you are in a great place and there is hope. Keep caring about yourself, and make it happen. :) Sending you love, Bryant.

Question by D A Syed: Well , this is really impressing. sometimes i get very tired too . you won't blv bt i am struggling since last more than 3 years i lost 10 kilo but now i dont lose anymore. my weight keeps fluctuating for some reason . yes i have disease called PCOS , that is another main reason why i cant lose weight like a normal person can . i have worked very hard , now when i don't see any results ive lost it i don't feel like doing anything any work out . but this story of yours has again motivated me to hit it again . and keep working hard , unless i reach my goal !

Answer: Along with the answer I gave Anna M on this page, also applicable to you, I would also like to give you a tip. Be careful about working too hard. A lot of people work so hard in gyms and with mental exertion (otherwise known as stress) and they never lose weight. When you work too hard, your body perceives this as another stressor, a war/survival situation--and it protectively holds onto the weight. Work steadily, but gently and peacefully. With love, Bryant. :)

Question by D A Syed: I Guess this is the reason why i cant lose any more . i will just relax and workout ... oh by the way i have one more question , i came across many different answers but didnt get the correct one . First i lost 10 kgz on scale ... after that on scale i did not lose even a single pound . but yet my dress size was UK 16 after losing 10 kgz and now it is UK 12 . how come i have dropped my clothes size but no weight on scale ?

Answer: The way the body distributes fat and water weight is very complex. When there is not much change in your body composition, there is a homeostasis within the system, even if you are overweight. This homeostasis is based upon your habits and regularity. When you shock your system with weight-loss things can happen. The bodily system can quickly reorganize, in a bodily "butterfly effect" if you will. Losing weight, or any significant stimuli (addition or reduction of stress, etc.) can easily set-off a chain-of-events of changes within. I know how tempting it is to look at clothing size and weight, especially when we are trying to lose weight! :) We can easily answer this body composition question by saying that this is simply what your body wants to be right now. The question is what do you want it to be next. Look at this from a balanced and inclusive viewpoint and over a long period of time. Experiment with your routines and try to just focus on how you feel in terms of how much energy you have, how happy you are and how active you are. As you apply changes to your life with food, activity and love the body will respond and reorganize itself in the ways it "feels" best for survival. Your complex bodily system does not think in terms of clothing size; it thinks in terms of support and survival of your consciousness. Give your body the supportive environment it needs, and the rest will happen.

Question by Madhavi M: Hi Bryant..Its so inspiring. I am on my way to lose weight and I am able to do it. I agree that the real tip is to treat ourselves with a lot more care and trust ourselves that we can do it. Any particular diet which you followed please?

Answer: "I am able to do it. I agree that the real tip is to treat ourselves with a lot more care and trust ourselves that we can do it." Hi Madhavi. The way you articulate tells me you are on the right path. Your words are powerful. The "diet" word is a complex topic, because that word means so many different things to people. I will just say that regarding the food part of "diet" the less processed, less laden with unnatural man-made chemicals and the closer to the original you can get, the better. But also look at the "diet" of water, breathing, sunshine and especially love. I do not endorse any particular "diet" because there are many ways you can get where you want to go that fit your own personal taste and preferences. Some people are very extreme; and extremist thinking is another form of violence and anger--which is caustic to the mind/body system. Be at ease and peace and have love and laughter. This is the best diet. Then follow up with beautiful, vibrant natural foods that work for you. Good luck and have a beautiful day, Bryant :)
