Delicious Rosemary Potatoes
These Rosemary Red Potatoes make a great side dish for any meal and are so easy to prepare.
DirectionsPreheat your oven to 425. In a bowl, mix chopped potatoes, rosemary, pepper and cover with vegetable broth. Place the potato mixture in a coated glass dish or nonstick pan. Add more vegetable broth if needed and flip the potatoes half way through cooking. Cook until brown about 45 mins. Enjoy :)
