Sprout Sandwich
This sandwich is simply delicious! To make it taste as fresh and flavorful as possible always opt for using organic ingredients.
DirectionsTo begin, toast your sprouted bread if desired. Then layer the bread with the hummus of your choosing. We chose a spicy red pepper hummus for this sandwich. Continue to add tomato, cucumber, onion, sprouts, avocado and arugula. For a little extra flavor but optional; add salt, pepper or a light spread of your favorite dressing. If you are watching your calories and fats, add only a touch of Balsamic Vinegar.

- Avocado, sliced
- Tomato, sliced
- Cucumber, sliced
- Red Onion, sliced
- Avocado, sliced
- Sprouts
- Arugula
- Salt and Pepper to taste
