Question by Anna M: I am 38 year old woman and I was a super energetic person, happy and always smiling. I loved to dance for hours, to ride my motorbike, to go out with my friends... I suffer from endometriosis stage 5. These last 7 years my endometriosis got worse and worse, so much that I spend almost all my day in bed. My body lost muscles and shape. My hair and skin got weak and lifeless. All my body hurts, joints, knees, etc. It has been a domino effect. I have tried to get more active but after a while, I get a lesion or my endo gets worse and I can't exercise anymore. I read in your article that pain can be also improved? Is that true? Refreshing Papaya Spritzer

This drink is refreshing, healthy and delicious any time of day. If you do not own a juicer try making this with any fresh organic juice of your choice. Directions Fill a tall glass with ice and 8 oz. of Sparkling Mineral Water. Squeeze 1/2 a Lemon into the glass, add 1/4 cup of Papaya Juice and one packet of Stevia (1gm). Stir with a spoon and enjoy. To create other refreshing spritzers, try using other fresh juices such as Pomegranate, Grapefruit or Watermelon. If you do not like the taste of Stevia, try using Organic Agave instead. Ingredients 8 oz. Sparkling Mineral Water 1/4 Cup Papaya, juiced 1/2 Fresh Lemon, squeezed 1 Packet of Stevia or two drops of Liquid Stevia (or your choice of sweetener) Ice
