## People Entering New Consequence
The three customer archetypes connect the grade system to recognizable transitions in American life. They are not demographic cages or marketing caricatures. Each names a practical problem: technical talent entering institutional rooms, operators crossing field and headquarters conditions, and experienced professionals returning to formality after years of workplace incoherence.
The system must serve male and female expression without assuming one silhouette, income, region, body, or biography. Each archetype should receive affordable through exceptional options, conduct guidance, maintenance instruction, and an explanation of what the room is asking. The promise is not transformation into a different class of person. The promise is social and operational legibility equal to the responsibility already being carried.
