Tech replaced the fill valve, and the toilet is operating correctly with no leaks present at this time. Tech also observed that the **Kohler 2 pc white elongated toilet** located in the hall bath would not allow the flapper to fully close and shut off water flow to the bowl. The flapper was waterlogged and not closing properly. Tech replaced the flapper and greased the handle connection to the toilet.
