I pay attention to every little detail you can imagine, every little sound, smell, or whatever, I bring it down to a minute image, and then only can I understand, or listen, or "taste"" the image,and get the real feeling of the moment,whatever it may be, I seize the moment, break it up into particles, and understand and enjoy it, as most folks just ""walk past it"" and can hardly ever enjoy the smallest things in life! This is one of the main reasons I love my Autism..and would never exchange it to become Neuro - Typical..NEVER!
