@mpmorgan2008 Hard to do, but with hard work, it can be done. I know. 💛

I need to learn this because right now I’m in a time mentally and emotionally where I’m just not in the right head space with anything. I can’t figure it out other than things are bothering me and I need to work through them.

@livlovelife4eva thank you! I was just thinking about this when the notification of your comment came. Your words are so true. They remind me of the phrase, “Let go, and let God”. And this season in my life provides a great opportunity to practice just this. Thank you! Hugs!

@shauna_nielsen5 for myself, I have learned to give my challenges to God. I pray and ask God to take my problems. If it comes into my mind I say to myself God is handling it, and push it from my mind. It takes faith, and practice. For me it works. Hope it was helpful for you. God bless💖🙏

I need to learn how to do this. Literally. I’m a runner getting ready for my next marathon. Some difficult challenges have come up in my life...and it is sapping the strength out of my runs. How can I get to a place mentally where I can use my challenges to power me...not drain me?

This statement reminds me of the book “Smile at Fear.” It centers on acknowledging and embracing the discomfort in order to learn and make peace.
