## Corrections
### PRISM expansion
- **Canonical publication form:** **Protein-barcode Reconstruction via Iterative Staining with Molecular annotations**. The September 28, 2025 bioRxiv preprint is controlling for the name of the published platform.
- **Documented variant:** **Protein-barcode Reconstruction by Iterative Staining with Molecular annotations**. E11's December 2024 roadmap and Addgene use this wording.
- **Conflicting registry metadata:** **Protein Reconstruction and Identification through Multiplexing**. The AWS Open Data registry and the E11 PRISM training-repository README currently use this wording. It remains a source-attributed discrepancy rather than an accepted synonym.
- **Excluded wording:** **Photo-connectomic Reconstruction by Iterative Staining with Molecular annotations**. No verified E11 source reviewed in this pass connects that wording to the project.
### Publication and capability boundaries
- The September 2025 PRISM paper is a **preprint**, not a peer-reviewed journal article.
- The demonstrated dataset is an approximately **10-million-µm³ mouse hippocampal CA2/3 pilot**, not a whole mouse brain or human connectome.
- The reported eightfold increase concerns automatic tracing accuracy from combined barcode segmentation and proofreading. It does not establish perfect or error-free reconstruction.
- The approximately **35 × 35 × 80 nm** measurements are effective voxel dimensions after expansion, not a synonym for optical resolution.
- Whole-brain mapping, brain simulation, NeuroAI, therapeutics, BCI, and 100-fold cost reduction remain dated developer roadmaps or projections pending independent large-volume replication.
### Partnership for Research Into Sentient Machines chronology
- UK charity **1184317** was registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation on **8 July 2019** and previously operated as **The Economic Singularity Foundation**.
- The public PRISM identity launched on **17 March 2025** around an AI UK workshop. The 2019 legal origin and 2025 PRISM launch are distinct date-significant facts.
- Conscium publicly states that it launched PRISM and supplied its initial funding. That supports a seed/founding-support edge and personnel overlap, not organizational identity or ownership.
- Cambridge Digital Minds, Rethink Priorities, Neuromatch, the Institute of Neuroethics, and PRISM have program-specific documented relationships. PRISM's wider field map is a discovery index, not proof that every listed organization is a formal partner.
- The digital-minds charity is unrelated to [[wiki/PRISM (E11 Bio)|PRISM (E11 Bio)]] and [[wiki/PRISM (NSA)|PRISM (NSA)]].
### UNESCO adoption procedure and date
- UNESCO's **Recommendation on the Ethics of Neurotechnology** was adopted **by acclamation** at the 43rd General Conference on **November 11, 2025**.
- The official plenary record states that the president proposed adoption by acclamation, observed no objections, and declared the decision; the SHS Commission record likewise states adoption by acclamation.
- This parliamentary act is not equivalent to a recorded proposition that each of UNESCO's 194 Member States individually cast an affirmative vote.
