# General Intelligence Will Reverberate Across Robotics, Biology, and Physics by Emad Mostaque > DrivingBench demonstrates generalized intelligence: a high level of competence learned across domains will reverberate into biology, physics, and almost anything else. I do not think there is a single specialized model that will still outperform a general model a couple of years from now. > **— Adapted from Emad Mostaque**, *MOONSHOTS Live, September 25, 2026* ## Sources and Context - **Recording or publication:** [MOONSHOTS Live at 42:37](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cbk7hdOwJj4&t=2557s) — The poster text is explicitly labeled as an adaptation of the complete argument beginning at the linked timecode; it must not be represented as verbatim speech. - **Reconciled source dossier:** [[research/Jensen Pushes Back on Doomers Moonshots Live|Jensen Pushes Back on Doomers Moonshots Live]] — preserves transcript order, speaker attribution, editorial conventions, and the surrounding argument from which this Reminder was promoted. ## Related Articles and Collections - **Collection:** [[collections/Machine Succession|Machine Succession]] - **Collection:** [[collections/Simple Reminders|Simple Reminders]] - **Article:** [[articles/Vertically Integrating an AI Superpower from AI Factory to Citizen|Vertically Integrating an AI Superpower]] - **Article:** [[articles/The Immediate AI Risk Is the Public|The Immediate AI Risk Is the Public]] ## Related Topics - [[wiki/Emad Mostaque|Emad Mostaque]] - [[wiki/Generalist Robotics|Generalist Robotics]] - [[wiki/AI-Driven Biology|AI-Driven Biology]] ## Share on Social Media ``` DrivingBench demonstrates generalized intelligence: a high level of competence learned across domains will reverberate into biology, physics, and almost anything else.
