# Coalition Competence
**Domain:** Alliance Capability / Burden Sharing
**System:** American Intelligence and Alliance Interface
## Definition
Coalition Competence is the ability of allied nations and institutions to contribute distinct, interoperable strengths to a shared strategic system. Compute, intelligence, manufacturing, capital, scientific talent, defense technology, logistics, and diplomatic access become more valuable when they can coordinate. Partnership is therefore measured by usable contribution rather than ceremonial affection alone. Strong allies enlarge one another's options.
## Place in the American System
Coalition Competence is developed from US-Israel Leadership Alliance and belongs to the American Collection. Its role is to keep one stable concept available across doctrine, character, comportment, material culture, intelligence participation, and alliance work without collapsing those levels into one another.
