## Definition
**Administrative reality** is the operational world produced when institutions act on records, categories, credentials and model outputs as though they were the person or condition represented.
## Corpus Context
Administrative facts can control access to housing, mobility, care, finance or legal standing even when the underlying representation is incomplete. The constitutional requirement is therefore not to abolish representation but to preserve provenance, contestation, correction and separation between an authorized record and the subject it describes.
