No person needs to be opaque to deserve rights. Caleb matters because Rehoboam converts a probabilistic forecast into a closed field of opportunity, then reads the resulting life as confirmation of the model. ## Predictive Governance Context Caleb's employment, relationships and perceived prospects are mediated by a system he cannot see or contest. The model does not announce that he is forbidden from flourishing; institutions quietly stop presenting futures in which flourishing remains possible.
