# Compressed Exposure to Power Compressed exposure to power occurs when audience, money, access, status, institutional reach, or technical capability arrives faster than a person's identity and governing habits can reorganize around it. The concept emerged from Bryant McGill's retrospective systems analysis of Thought Leader School. It is not a controlled causal finding or a claim that abundance is inherently destructive. It identifies rate of acquisition as a variable and argues that capability transfer may require progressive responsibility, mentorship, consequence, and temporal friction.
