# Continuity Service Level **Domain:** Continuity Infrastructure / Service Governance **Doc Type:** Canonical Operational Concept **Maturity:** Proposed ## Definition A **continuity service level** is a measurable specification of the preservation, execution, recovery, migration and support conditions owed to a continuity-bearing subject. ## Measures A service level may define integrity-check frequency, recovery-point and recovery-time objectives, availability, execution resolution, latency, subjective-time rate, memory capacity, bandwidth, restoration testing, migration readiness, cryptographic-renewal cadence, notice periods and maximum authorized dormancy. The metric must track the subject's welfare and agency rather than provider convenience.
