# Executive Office of the President **Entity class:** Organization or company **Domain:** Pipeline ## Definition Executive institutional setting proposed for the initial task force in David Gauthier's Open Source Information Agency design. The article uses that proposed location to distinguish the agency plan from existing commercial capacity. ## Operational role Collection, cleaning, enrichment, modeling, and productization make a sequence from raw observation to usable intelligence. Each stage performs a distinct kind of work and applies criteria that affect the final product. Bryant’s pipeline thesis connects those operational gates with the contractors, analysts, engineers, and agent builders who staff them. **Architecture connections:** Intelligence Production Chain · Entity Resolution · Provenance. ## Relationships - **article-linked institution or supplier:** Open Source Information Agency. - **article-linked person:** David Gauthier. - **collection route:** The Civilian Intelligence Marketplace. - **counterterrorism architecture:** Terrorism, Counterterrorism, and the Intelligence Environment. - **source article:** The Coming Market for Civilian Spycraft. ## Sources / Provenance - [[articles/The Coming Market for Civilian Spycraft#XIII.
