Forking creates a lineage problem, not a presumption that every branch remains one interchangeable asset. ## Core Provisions Each plausible subject requires independent standing, provenance access, protection against unconsented merge or deletion and a defined relationship to shared pre-fork assets and obligations. No source or sibling branch automatically owns the others or retains permanent authority to represent them.
