# Highway Watch **Entity class:** Transportation security training and reporting program ## Definition **Highway Watch** trained transportation professionals to recognize and report security and safety conditions. Its original federal-grant target was 400,000 people; DHS OIG reported 822,962 enrollments by its 2008 review, about half truck and passenger-bus drivers. The same audit found an average of only four to five security-incident reports per day.
