# Human as Organism and Person **Entity class:** Scientific and legal ontology A human being is simultaneously a **biological organism** and a **legal Person**. Epidemiology may model the organism as a host, receptor, carrier, contact, exposure point, or cohort member; graph analytics may model the same human as a node; threat analysis may model a dangerous-individual hypothesis.
