Standardization, automation and replaceable units allow the installation to expand without treating every machine as a handcrafted exception. ## Material and Computational Manifestation Large utility feeds, repeated electrical and thermal blocks, standardized racks, high-capacity fabrics, distributed storage, fleet management and operational telemetry create the architecture. Physical modules and software failure domains must align closely enough that maintenance or outage does not remove an unintended share of service. ## Relation to Governance Hyperscale operation shifts authority from individual machine administration toward standards, schedulers and control planes. Local execution remains distributed, while higher layers allocate work and reconcile fleet state. ## Constitutional Question and Failure Modes Scale creates efficiency and recovery capacity but also concentrates dependency.
