Human Rights Watch's reverse engineering of an associated police app found that it aggregates personal and behavioral data, flags people or circumstances deemed suspicious, and prompts investigation. ## Significance IJOP is a high-consequence classifier: ordinary activity can become a feature, a flag can trigger official attention, and the represented person may have little visibility into the model or opportunity to contest it.
