## Definition
**Johan Winnubst** is an E11 Bio co-founder and lead scientist for neuroanatomy. As principal scientist on the [[wiki/MouseLight|MouseLight]] project, he helped develop a submicron whole-brain imaging system and a database of more than 1,000 fully reconstructed mouse projection neurons. For [[wiki/PRISM (E11 Bio)|PRISM]], he developed the stitching and registration pipeline and contributed to volume registration, writing, synapse detection, and synaptic analysis.
