# Local Observer Density Inversion **Entity class:** Operational concentration effect **Domain:** HUMINT / undercover operations / simulation / surveillance ## Definition **Local observer density inversion** occurs when the number of people who understand some part of a constructed, monitored, or operational context around a particular subject exceeds the number of people who do not know the full context. It is a local ratio, not a national prevalence claim.
