# Markbox Markbox is a recovered branch in the publishing lineage between WordChirp-era routing and current AutoSites architecture. Surviving Markbox code preserves convention-based collection routing, writer-markup processing, Markdown loading, quotation and passage extraction, RSS modules, and XDO-related application components. It is evidence of architectural continuity rather than a separate claim that every later AutoSites behavior already existed unchanged.
