## Definition
Project Cybersyn was Chile's early-1970s attempt to join near-real-time economic information, operations research and participatory cybernetic management under Salvador Allende.
## Schedule–Loop Context
It is the article's principal civil example of model-based regulation with operational units kept inside a feedback loop. Its short life contrasts with the broad institutional survival of cheaper schedule-based control.
