# Protocol-Borne Succession

## Definition
**Protocol-Borne Succession is the entry and expansion of successor capability through the incumbent order's own useful, legitimate, or necessary admission rules.** It does not require a conventional invasion, a deceived public, a corrupt courier, or a coordinated conspiracy.
## The Transparent Horse
