Its defining change is not merely faster software. Intelligence itself becomes scalable infrastructure that can reorganize firms, public administration, science, wages, ownership, and the international distribution of power. ## Transformation The transition can widen abundance, accelerate discovery, and give small organizations capabilities once reserved for large institutions.
