# Team Human **Entity class:** Normative orientation **Domain:** Artificial intelligence / human futurity **Maturity:** Developed ## Definition **Team Human** is an explicit commitment to preserving human life, agency, family, embodiment, meaning, and choice during the transition to advanced machine intelligence. ## Relation to machine succession Team Human does not require denying [[wiki/Machine Succession|Machine Succession]], [[wiki/Posthumanism|Posthumanism]], or the possibility that intelligence may continue on nonbiological substrates.
