Its opening formulation—“We are as gods and might as well get good at it”—joined planetary awareness to practical access. ## Interface Form The Catalog was not simply a magazine or sales list. It was a paper interface that connected readers to distributed resources. Short reviews, prices, addresses and cross-domain juxtapositions let a person traverse shelter, ecology, cybernetics, craft, communications and computing as one tool ecology.
